Payment

Payment is only requested after your application has been reviewed and accepted. Pricing listed on the site is an estimate and may be adjusted based on your situation.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We provide guidance, preparation, and resources — results depend on your effort and circumstances beyond our control.
