The hiring process is broken.
We know exactly how.
Hiring for software engineers is broken at every level. Resumes get filtered out by algorithms before anyone reads them. Leetcode interviews are approached completely wrong by most candidates.
"The students who succeed aren't the most talented, they're the ones who understood the game well enough to exploit it."
We've mapped every exploit — back-to-back internships, company interview intel, ATS bypasses — every part of it has a formula. We know the formula.
But this window won't stay open forever. AI is already reshaping what companies hire for and how many people they need. The path into top tech and quant roles is narrowing, and the students who get in over the next few years will be the ones who understood how the system worked while everyone else was guessing. We've done the work of figuring out exactly where the system breaks down and how to use it to your advantage.

Built by someone who's been through it.
I'm Arthur, one of the creators of SWE Recruiting Exploits. I went through multiple recruiting cycles, completed 5 internships in 4 years — including 3 at unicorn/big tech companies and 1 at a quant trading firm — and came out the other side with a very clear picture of how the system actually works and how most candidates are playing it completely wrong. I didn't go to a top school and was never the smartest person in my classes. What I had was an obsessive understanding of how the process worked and how to exploit it.
Over 1500+ leetcode problems solved — enough to know exactly which ones matter, which ones are a waste of time, and how to build a prep strategy that actually translates to passing interviews at the highest level.
I built this because the gap between candidates who get hired and candidates who don't is rarely about raw ability. It's about knowing how ATS systems filter, what interviewers are actually scoring, and how to time your applications to land in the right window. None of that is secret — it's just not written down anywhere useful.
Every service here is something I've personally done, tested, and refined. If I don't think it'll move the needle for your specific situation, I'll tell you that upfront.
